Responsibilities
Rule 1 is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our studio team for the summer of 2023. This is a dynamic role that will work directly with Rule 1’s Growth Marketing Manager. You will also work closely with the CEO’s of the various start-ups in Rule 1’s studio in order to help them effectively position their products and reach their target market. A strategist and problem solver, you’ll be responsible for helping build out programmatic SEO pages, optimize digital marketing campaigns, and have an attitude to learn. This role is essential in the SEO growth of Rule 1’s start-ups.
- Social media management: Creating and scheduling social media posts on various platforms, monitoring social media analytics, and engaging with the audience.
- Email marketing: Developing email campaigns, creating email content, and managing email lists.
- Content creation: Developing blog posts, videos, images, infographics, and other types of content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising: Creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Analytics and reporting: Analyzing digital marketing campaign data and reporting on key metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Research: Conducting market research to inform digital marketing strategies and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborating with other teams: Working with design, development, and content teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or analytics role
- Experience placing ads in LinkedIn, Google, Facebook
- Experience designing websites
- Experience using ChatGPT in the marketing context
- Experience with Webflow is preferred
- Data-driven with a strong urge to learn fast
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced matrixed environment
